Interested in Being an Art Vendor?

  • Art at this festival is defined as hand made items, created by the applicant.
  • Must submit 5 photos, one being of your booth display. 
  • Space designated on Auburn road off Midland road. The road will be blocked off at 7:30 am for vendor set up to begin.
  • 12 x 12 spaces available, limit 2 spaces per artist. Must pay booth fee for both spaces. 
  • Vendors will be able to drive up to their designated space and after unloading, park in a designated area.
  • $10 non refundable application fee due at time of submission
  • $25 booth fee upon acceptance
  • Applications due August 28, applications will be reviewed and responded to within a week of receiving application.
  • Each maker is responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and tents. This festival is on pavement, plan accordingly. 
  • No early takedowns allowed. The artist must be present at their booth for the duration (10am-5pm).
  • Streets must be cleared of makers vehicles by 9am.
  • This is a family friendly event. All art must be appropriate for all ages. Any art deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with application photos submitted on the day of the event will require immediate removal. 
  • There will not be power available
  • Weights are strongly recommended to guard against wind.
  • Live entertainment will be at the festival, no speakers or noise making devices of any kind will be allowed. 
  • Sorry, no pets allowed
  • Vendors responsible for collecting state sales tax. 
  • Refunds available only if the event is cancelled.
  • Vendors have the option of providing a piece of their work for the silent auction. A table will be set up in the artist area - this is a good way to bring people to your booth!  Participating vendors will receive a donation receipt.
